Or hand us the whole building.

One accountable relationship for the equipment across your facility. MERG self-performs the medical equipment work and coordinates qualified trades for the broader facility systems, so you make one call instead of managing a list of vendors.

Ophthalmology and optometry is the founding specialty and the deepest bench, built over three decades of practice work. Beyond the platforms above, MERG services general biomedical equipment across the facility. Name yours and we will tell you straight.

Everything
you need to know.

Still have questions? Call (207) 951-6462 or send a message. You get an answer within one business day.

A broad range across diagnostic imaging, dialysis and water treatment, respiratory, ophthalmology and optometry, patient monitoring, sterile processing, and general biomedical equipment. The credential record above lists the platforms MERG holds dated manufacturer training on. If your facility runs it in a clinical setting, name it and we will tell you straight whether we service it.
Both. MERG travels to your facility for on-site calls anywhere in the United States, and accepts depot shipments for equipment that can be safely transported. For large or sensitive units, on-site is almost always the right call. Describe the situation and we will tell you which approach makes more sense.
A PM contract schedules regular inspections, cleaning, calibration, and performance verification at agreed intervals so problems are caught before they cause downtime. Every visit is documented, which supports your survey and accreditation readiness. For facilities where equipment failure affects patient care, a PM contract is risk management rather than an expense.
Emergency service is available. Routine reactive service averages 48 hours from first contact, and PM contract clients move to priority scheduling. MERG covers the United States, so distance is a scheduling question rather than a yes-or-no one. When something critical is down, call and we will work out the fastest path with you on that call.
Manufacturer-trained and certified, with the platforms and dates listed in the credential record above. That is a training and certification status, not an OEM authorized-service-provider contract, and we draw the line clearly because your accreditor will. Factory-approved parts are used wherever they are available and every service event is documented. If a specific credential matters for your facility or your surveyor, ask before scheduling and we will confirm it in writing.

Protect your equipment. Protect your patients.
